All permit comments will be available to download as they are returned and posted by the plan reviewer. For specific questions related to a departments review, please contact that department directly. Please note most plancheck comments have the contact information within the plan check comment letter, however if not please see contact list below:

WARNING: please be aware of a current phishing scam involving individuals posing as City employees requesting funds for active permits being processed. If you receive an email from someone claiming to be from the City of South San Francisco please verify the address from the individual matches previous correspondence and includes the email formatted as firstname.lastname@ssfca.gov. The City will always request you go to the portal (eTRAKiT) to pay for any fees owed for permits or to come into the office to pay for the fees directly.
